I love writing.
Can I love selling my writing?
Selling, promoting, marketing, getting-the-word-out.
I’m actually having a bit of fun with that.
Answering interview questions posed by Sharon Short, Literary Life columnist for the Dayton Daily News, provided an opportunity to think about my literary life in the Miami Valley. The Dayton area boasts such a range of lifestyles, it’s hard to not approach my creative edge every day. If I ever feel bored, in the words of one or both of my parents, it’s my “own damned fault.”
Even with COVID restrictions, I feel connected to a vibrant community of thinkers, creators, and doers. You know you are. Make your voice heard. What have you been up to? What story are you telling, creating, living?
Check out Literary Life in the Dayton Daily News on February 14. Sharon is highlighting Getting to Grace. On Valentine’s Day! What a wonderful way to feel like the world is saying, “Be Mine.” And I say it right back to you.
Will you be my Valentine?
